Bread, Arnold's 100% Whole Wheat Bread, 2 serving *Jennie-O Extra Lean Ground Turkey, 10 oz Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.2 cup, strips Mushrooms, fresh, 0.2 cup, pieces or slices Onions, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped Broccoli, fresh, 0.2 cup, chopped Black Olives, 3 jumbo Spinach, fresh, 0.3 cup Tomato Sauce, with tomato tidbits, 1 can, 15 oz (303 x 406) Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 5 oz Stevia, SweetLeaf Stevia Plus Fiber (FOS=475 mg) 1/2 packet, 1 serving
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Brown turkey, with onions.
Stir in to turkey the pasta sauce, add stevia and sliced veggies and bring to a boil. Add bread and gently cover with sauce. Place in oven for 25 mins, take out and add mozzarella cheese. Bake 10 more minutes or until bisuit dough has bubbled up and is done. Let Stand 5 minutes before serving.
