Nana's Stuffing made Healthy

Ingredients
1/3 C Chopped raw onion1/2 C Chopped raw celery4 Tbsp Butter, unsalted1/2 C College Inn Chicken Broth - 99% Fat Free8 slices Weight Watchers, Whole Wheat Bread1 dash Black Pepper1 1/2 tsp Bell's Seasoning1 Egg1 Large Potato
Directions
Peel & boil potato, Mash, set aside to cool.

Saute onion & celery in butter until golden.

Pour onion, celery mix & Broth over broken up bread & mix. Let that cool off a little.

Add Pepper, Bell's seasoning, 1 beaten egg and the mashed potato MIX WELL

Stuff Bird small bird
or put in a baking dish set in oven, Bake 50 minutes covered, remove cover bake 10 more minutes
