Cauliflower Salad

Ingredients
1 - med to large head cauliflower cut into bite sized pieces1 cup radishes grated3-4 scallions cut into 1/2 inch piecesMix 1 cup mayo1 cup sour cream1 pkg Hidden Valley Bleu Cheese Dry Mix Salad Dressing2 tbs mustard seedPour over veggies and toss to coat.Best if kept in fridge overnight to allow the seeds to soften. Great side dish.
