1 19oz can of black beans, drained and rinsed2 14oz cans of stewed tomatoes4tbsp - 1/2 cup salsa2 tbsp chopped onion2 tbsp chopped red or green pepper1 tsp oil1/2 tsp chili powder1/4 tsp cumin powder
heat oil in soup pot.
Saute onions and peppers until tender.
Add all other ingredients and cook until heated through.
top off with grated cheese if desired and serve with a handful of tortilla chips.
