Easy Tamale Pie

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef1 C minced onion4 tsp garlic powder2 8-oz can tomato sauce1 C skim milk2 eggs, slightly beaten1 15-oz can whole kernal corn1 C yellow cornmeal2 tsp chili powder1 tsp salt
Directions
Cook meat and onion with garlic powder until meat is brown and onion is tender. Stir in tomato sauce, milk, eggs, corn, cornmeal, chili powder, and salt. Pour into 9x13 baking dish. Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cut into 16 squares and serve immediately.

Adjust spices to your taste...I usually omit the salt, reduce the garlic, and add Adobo, cumin, and original Mrs. Dash to taste.
