Open Face Turkey Rueben

Ingredients
2 slices Light BreadYellow mustard to taste1 pkg Buddig Turkey Sauerkraut to taste2 slices reduced fat swiss cheese slices
Directions
Preheat broiler. Toast bread lightly. Lay each piece side by side on a sheet of aluminum foil. Spread mustard on toast to taste. Split package of turkey slices between the two pieces of toast and lay on top of mustard (about 5-6 slices per piece.) Top with drained saurkraut to taste. Top with 1 slice each of the cheese. Place under broiler for 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Enjoy!
