Betty's Lazy Cabbage Rolls

Ingredients

shredded cabbagelong-grain rice, rawsalt & pepperwaterlean ground beef, cookedbutter or margarinefinely chopped onion
Shred cabbage and place into 1.5 qt. casserole.
Cook beef in frying pan until no longer pink. Drain, place in collander and rinse with water (from tap.)
Add beef to casserole.
Sprinkle chopped onion and raw rice over top. Mix through.
Add salt and pepper. Dot with margarine
Pour measured water over all.
Cover and bake in oven for 60 minutes at 350 degrees F.
