Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk, 8 tbspNestles Toll House Semi-Sweet Morsels, 16 tbspConfectioners Sugar, 2 tbspVanilla Extract, 1 tsp
Using a double broiler (glass bowl in a pan of boiling water) melt the chocolate chips a bit at a time, stirring in the milk, sugar and vanilla extract until everything is blended nicely and you have a creamy semi-smooth/just starting to thicken up mixture.
