Bananna Mcadamia Muffins

Ingredients
3 cups All Purpose Flour2 Cups Granulated Sugar1 tsp Cinnamon (ground)1 tsp Baking Soda1 tsp Salt3 Egg1 Cup Canola Oil1 tsp Vanilla Extract3 med Bananas1 Cup Coconut (raw shredded)1 8oz can Crushed Pineapple1 Cup Macadamia Nuts (Chopped)
Directions
1. Combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking soda, & salt.
2. In another bowel combine eggs, oil & vanilla. Then stir into the dry ingredients.
3. Add bananas, coconut & pineapple.
4. Fill greased (or paper lined) muffin cups 3/4 full & bake @ 375 for 18 -20 minutes.
5. Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks.

Serving Size: Makes 24 regular sized muffins
