Southwestern grilled tilapia

* *Tilapia, 4 - 4oz filets * Brown Sugar, 1TBS * Onion Salt 1/4 tsp * Grated lime peel 1/2 tsp * Mexican chili Powder 1 tsp
Preheat grill to medium (300°F to 350°F). In a small bowl combine brown sugar, chili powder, lime peel and onion salt. Set aside.
Cut heavy-duty foil into sheets that are slightly larger than each fillet. Cut 2 (3 1/2-inch) slits in the center of each sheet. Coat foil with nonstick cooking spray.
Pat fish dry with paper towels. Place 1 fillet on each foil sheet and sprinkle evenly with brown sugar mixture, pressing lightly. Top with jalapeņo slices, if desired.
Place foil sheets on grill. Grill, covered, 4 to 6 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
