Ranch and Cheese Potato Pancake

Ingredients
Mashed Potatoes, 1 cup Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), .25 cup *Ranch dressing mix (dry), Hidden Valley 1/2 tsp, great value grated parmesan cheese, 2 tbsp
Directions
Mix egg beater into cold mashed potatoes, mix well. Add ranch and parmesan and mix thoroughly.
Spray a frying pan with non-stick spray. Fry on each side about 4 minutes.
