Homemade Mint Ice Cream with Chocolate Chips

Ingredients
3 cups light cream1 1/2 cups half and half 3 eggs1 1/8 cup sugar1/2 - 3/4 cup chocolate chips1 1/2 tsp mint extract
Directions
beat eggs until they are bubble and then slowly add in sugar. beat in milk and cream. Before adding to ice cream maker, stir in the mint extract.

Pour into ice cream maker and process according to instructions. add chips in last 2 minutes of processing time.

This is for a 2 quart machine. If you have a smaller machine, size down
