Black Bean, Corn, and Avocado Salsa

Ingredients
1 can of whole kernel corn1 can of Goya organic black beans1/4 of a large red onion1 medium tomato1 jalapeno pepper2 limes, juiced1 bell pepper1 medium avocadosalt, to tastefresh ground black pepper, to tastecilantro (optional)
Directions
Dice up all of the raw vegetables and mix with the canned corn and black beans. Juice both limes and mix everything together. Add salt and pepper to taste, as well as cilantro.

Eat by itself, or on top of a salad in lieu of dressing. Also great on tacos or as the filling in a quesadilla. Enjoy! :)
