Ground Turkey, 2 unit, yield from 1 lb raw (remove) Ground beef, 16 oz (remove) *Tomato juice, with salt added, 1 cup (remove) Tomato Sauce, 1 cup (remove) *chilli powder, 10 tsp (remove) Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tbsp (remove) Tomato Sauce, 1 cup (remove) *Cumin (ground), 3 tsp (remove) Cinnamon, ground, 2 tbsp (remove) *onion, dried minced, 5 tbsp (remove) *Garlic Clove, 5 serving (remove) Water, tap, 6 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
brown ground turkey and beef, add minced onions and garlic cloves, salt to taste. Add Tomato sauce, tomato juice and water then add chilli powder, cumin, red pepper, jalapenos and cinnamon. bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes. Mix 1/4 cup Masa Harina flour with enough water to make a thin paste. Slowly drizzle this paste into the chilli stirring constantly. This thickens and flavors the chilli. Simmer another 10 minutes then serve hot with crackers or corn chips. Cheese on top is optional.
