Schnookiej's fried okra

Ingredients
8 cups sliced okra1/4 c yellow cornmeal1 tbsp canola oil
Directions
Using a large zip lock bag add okra slices and yellow cornmeal.Shake to coat. Put oil in non stick skillet, let oil heat and add okra to skillet. Cover with lid for 10 minutes stirring occasionally.I remove lid and cook for another 10 minutes until it is good and brown.
