Cream Cheese Frosting for 55 mini Cupcakes

Ingredients
1 block (8 oz) Cream Cheese1 stick salted butter1 package (1 lb) powdered sugar (unsifted)1 tsp. vanilla extract1 tsp. almond extract
Directions
Let cream cheese and butter sit out at least 25 minutes to soften. Put all ingredients into a bowl and beat together on medium until smooth. Refrigerate leftovers no longer than one week. Add color if desired for decoration- works great for piping.
