Pumpkin Custard

1, 16oz. can pumpkin puree1/2 tbsp.ground cinnamon1 tsp. ground ginger1/4 tsp. each nutmeg and clovePinch of salt1/2 cup light cream1 tbsp. Splenda or other sweetener of choice3 eggs, beaten1/8 cup of water
Mix together the pumpkin, salt, all of the spices, and Splenda. Mix in the eggs until you can't see any more yolk in the batter, then add the cream and water.
Pour the batter into lightly greased 4-oz. custard cups. Place in baking dish and add 1/2 inch of water. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes, until custard is set.
Serve with a dollop of whipped cream and enjoy!
