8 ounces, weight Crab Meat - Real Or Imitation, Chopped1 cup Celery, Diced1/2 cups Red Bell Pepper, Diced1/4 cups Olive Oil Mayonnaise1 Tablespoon Rice Vinegar1/3 teaspoons Ground Pepper1/2 teaspoons Garlic, Minced4 whole Whole Wheat, Fiber Enriched Tortillas4 leaves Lettuce, Bite Size Pieces
In a large bowl, combine chopped crab meat, celery, bell pepper. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil mayo, rice vinegar, pepper, salt, and garlic. Pour over the crab mixture. Cover and let sit in the fridge until chilled, or up to 2 hours.
When chilled, top wraps with lettuce, spooning crab mixture over the top. Wrap and devour.
