1 c. white flour1/2 c. whole wheat flour2 tbsp sugar3/4 tsp salt3 tbsp baking powder1 tsp ground cinnamon3 tbsp powdered milk1 1/2 c. water1 egg, lightly beaten1 tbsp butter, melted1 medium banana, mashed1 tsp vanilla extract
Mix dry ingredients. Add water and mix well. Add remaining ingredients. Add another tablespoon of water if the batter is too thick. Spoon onto a hot nonstick skillet. Turn when bubbles first start to appear.
