Moong dal sprouts

Ingredients
In a kadhai ( an iron pan) put in the oil and add the mustard seeds, when they start frittering, add in the turmeric powder, tomatoes and salt and cook for a few minutes. Add in the sprouts when the tomatoes are cooked and leave it in for sometime stirring occasionally. After around 2-3 minutes, sprinkle the freshly chopped coriander and serve.
Directions
Do not over cook the sprouts and use minimal water for cooking so that the nutrients are not drained when the excess water is discarded after cooking.
