    2 Mangos, peeled, cubed and chilled
    1 1/2 cups of ice cubes
    3 cups of plain low fat yogurt
    1 tablespoon of honey


put all ingredients into a high-powered blender and blend until you get desired smoothness

    I made this, but used only one cup of Greek yogurt (I didn't need THAT much lassie) it made three and was AWESOME! A great post dinner snack! - 6/9/10
