200 gm tuna uncooked chpped1 s onion chp1 c beet2 c carrotsalt to tastechilli or pepper to taste
saute onions in low flame and then add the tuna. cook until it turns white in colour. then add the vegetables and in low flame put the lid and cook until the vegetables are tender. then add the salt and chilii and cook for a min or two, and its done.
