Zucchini, Summer Squash & Baby Bellas

Ingredients
1 Zucchini Squash1 Summer Squash1 package of Baby Bella MushroomsCooking SpraySea SaltPepperGarlic Powder (or fresh garlic)
Directions
For my zucchini and squash, I normally saute them- but they usually fall apart...so instead I cut slices and laid them on a cookie sheet that I had sprayed with 'no cal' buttery cooking spray. A little Sea Salt, a little Garlic and a Little Pepper and baked them at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes (your preference in tenderness).

I sauteed some baby bellas separately with the with 'no cal' buttery cooking spray and a pinch Sea Salt.

I added all of the veggies together afterwards.

So Yummy and simple and could not stop eating them!
