Ingredients
Ground Turkey, 1 1 lb raw Bread crumbs, seasoned, 4 tsp*Onion powder, 4 tspegg white, fresh, 1 large Parsley, dried, 3 tspSalt, .25 tspPepper, black, .25 tsp
Directions
In a large bowl beat egg whites. Add all remaining ingredients mixing well. Should the patties not stick together, gradually add bread crumbs. Cook the patties on the grill, or a medium skillet over medium heat, turning once to an internal temperature of 180 degrees F

    Taste good, no salt and used 1tbls worchester sauce. Made two froze two. Add 2 teas of Mrs Dass garlic seasoning. - 9/28/18

    This was very good. I used egg beaters instead of egg white and substituted cilantro for the parsley. Also added some garlic powder, but left out the salt. Had it on a whole wheat bun with lettuce, tomato, red onion and green chile. Added .5 oz of reduced fat cheddar cheese plus some mustard. - 6/10/15
