Ingredients
1-can pumpkin,12 tsp br splenda1pkg low fat cream cheese2env plain gelatin1tsp cinnamon1/2-2/3 tsp pumpkin pie spice1 baked pie shell (deep dish)1/2c boiling water(for gelatin) Disssolve gelatin in boiling water.set aside.bake pie shell, let cool.combine rest of ingredents in a bowl and cream very well. taste adjust to taste. pour into shell and refergerate til cool & set about 2-3 hrs. serve w/ whip cream.ser 8
