Candied Yams

Ingredients
2 cans (29 oz) Martindale brand yams (about 3 cups)1 can (20 oz) pineapple chunks in Juice1/2 cup orange juice (i use tropicana)1/4 tsp cinnamon
Directions
drain liquids off yams and pineapple into sauce pan, add oj and cinnamon.
Simmer over medium low heat about 1.5 - 2 hrs
stirring occasionally

spray baking dish w/pam

add yams, pineapple and 'sauce'

bake at 350 for 45 - 60 mins til thick and heated thru

makes approx 10 - 2/3 cup servings
