Spicy Parmesean Green Beans and Kale

Ingredients
3 tablespoons olive oil1 onion, sliced4 mushrooms, chopped2 cups green beans2 teaspoons salt1/2 teaspoon black pepper1/4 cup reduced fat chicken stock1 bunch kale (1/2 pound) rinsed, stemmed and roughly chopped2 tablespoons lemon juice (about 1/2 lemon)3 tablespoons finely grated Parmesean
Directions
Warm olive oil in a large, heavy saute pan over medium-high heat. Add the onions and cook until translucent, about 4 mins. Add mushrooms, green beans, salt, pepper and cook for 2 mins. Add broth and continue cooking until green beans are almost tender, about 5 mins. Add the kale and continue cooking until the kale has wilted, about 4 or 5 mins. Add lemon juice and Parmesan cheese. Toss to coat and serve immediately.
