Verde chicken enchilada soup

Ingredients
10 OZ can of verde enchilada sauce2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts1 small can chicken stock1 small onion1/2 Cup frozen corn2 small cans diced chiles1 cup cooked white rice
Directions
Place chicken and chicken stock in a pot and boil. When chicken is done, take it out and shred, then put chicken back into the stock along with onion, verde sauce, rice, corn, and green chiles and allow to simmer on low for about 15 minutes. If soup is too thick, add water or more chicken stock to adjust.
* For some extra yumminess, add diced avocado to soup just before serving
** For lower carb recipe, omit the rice.
