Whole Grain Blueberries Pancakes

1 c whole wheat white flour1/4 c quick cooking oats2 t cinnamon2 t baking powder3/4 c almond milk3 egg whites1/4 c plain greek yogurt, fat free1/2 T canola oil1 t vanilla extract1 c blueberries
Combine dry ingredients in large bowl, set aside. Stir together milk, egg whites, yogurt, oil, and vanilla in a small bowl. Add to flour mixture, stir until blended. do not overmix, batter should still be lumpy.
Spray griddle with cooking spray. Heat griddle until hot - 350*. Pour 1/4 c batter onto hot griddle for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on top, flip. Cook until both sides are golden brown.
Serving Size: makes 12 pancakes
