Whole Egg Mayonnaise

Ingredients
1 egg1 c. canola oil (or vegetable oil, or olive oil)1 tbsp. white vinegar (red wine vinegar also works)salt, pepper, and herbs to taste
Directions
Crack whole egg into the blender. Add 1 tsp. dry white mustard (or seasonings of choice) and 1 tbsp. vinegar. Blend until smooth. Slowly pour in oil, while continuing to blend.
