Primal Turkey Muffins

Ingredients
1 lb 93% ground turkey1 egg1 cup chopped veggies of your choice2 garlic cloves1 TBS flax meal1 tsp Mrs Dash seasoning1/2 tsp garlic or onion salt
Directions
Mix ingredients well and portion out into a greased muffin tin. Bake on 400 for 30 minutes. These go well with roasted root veggies.

Serving Size: Makes 9 turkey muffins and 2 muffins make 1 serving.
