1 ounce Spicy Pork Rinds1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese1/2 cup ground flax meal
Directions
Put all ingredients into food processor or blender and pulse until the pork rinds are pulverized all items are mixed.

    Excellent crispy low carb breading! I used it on catfish filets & nuggets. I used regular pork rinds & added cayenne & black pepper plus garlic salt. I 1st dipped in beaten egg then pressed into the breading. I allowed it to sit a few minutes before frying. My husband loved it too! - 2/9/14
