Zero Carb Parmesan Breaded Fried Chicken Breast

Ingredients
1/4 cup Parmesan/Pork Rinds/Flax Meal Breading1 Boneless & Skinless Chicken Breast1 tbsp butter1 tbsp vegetable oil
Directions
Make up a batch of the breading mixture

Pound chicken breast flat (about 1/4 inch even thickness).

Heat a cast iron skillet to medium high heat.

Add butter and oil to pan.

spread 1/4 cup of the breading mixture on a plate.

dredge the chicken breast in the mixture coating both sides thoroughly. There should be little to no breading mixture left.

Place chicken in pan, cook 3 minutes on each side, then 2 minutes on each side.
