No-Fry Chicken Fried Rice

Ingredients
1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce1 tablespoon oyster sauce1 tablespoon crushed ginger1 tablespoon minced garlic1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes1/2 cup fat-free, sodium-free chicken broth1 tablespoon canola oil1 cup chopped red cabbage2 cups broccoli crowns, chopped1 cup chopped red bell pepper3 cups cooked brown rice10 ounces boneless, skinless chicken breasts, grilled and chopped1/2 cup chopped scallions2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
Directions
In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, ginger, garlic, pepper flakes, and chicken broth and set aside. In a large wok or skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Saute the red cabbage, broccoli, and bell pepper for 5 minutes. Add the soy mixture, then add the rice and mix well. When the rice is almost heated, add the chicken and scallions, and cook until heated through, approximately 5 minutes. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
