Goat Cheese Tomato and Basil Tartine

Ingredients
1 oz goat cheese1 small tomatoOne slice of sourdough breadFresh Basil, chopped
Directions
Pre heat oven to 425. Warm one slice of sourdough bread in oven for a 2 minutes. Meanwhile, thinly slice a small tomato.

After bread is warmed, spread bread with goat cheese and top with the tomato. Warm the sandwich for two minutes in the oven. Top with fresh basil. Enjoy!
