Leslie's Banana Bread

3 very ripe bananas1 cup sugar1/4 cup melted butter1 egg1 tsp baking soda1/4 tsp salt1 1/2 cup All purpose flour*if using self rising omit soda and salt
Pre-heat oven to 325 F.
Using mixer mash 3 very ripe bananas and mix with sugar until creamy. Add in melted butter and dry ingredients. Mix until blended.
Bake in greased and floured loaf pan at 325 for 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Makes 16 slices. Calculated using medium size bananas.
