Chicken Cacciatore

Ingredients
1 1/2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts1 14.5 oz can stewed tomatoes, no salt added1 package frozen sliced onion and pepper combo1 tsp Italian herb seasoning1 15 oz can tomato sauce, no added salt1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
Directions
Spray a large saucepan with non-stick coating. Add chicken and remainder of ingredients.
Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 25-35 minutes.

Alternatively, this recipe could be prepared in a slow cooker. If you are having potatoes witht he meal, slice them and place them underneath the chicken before cooking.
