We found this receipe in our daily paper just before Thanksgiving. My wife decided to substitute fat free sour cream and instead on light cream cheese, she used the full strength. They went over really good with a lot of left overs. She used the to make a Potato Chowder. See my receipe for that one - 12/15/10
