Grilled Chicken Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients
Grilled Chicken Breast, no skin, 16.8 ounces (2.8 ounces per serving)Onions, raw, 1/2 cup, choppedGreen Peppers, 1/2 cup, choppedCelery, raw, 1/2, dicedReal Mayo, 12 tbspSalt, 1 tsp, to tastePepper, black, 1 tsp, to tasteRomaine Lettuce, 12 leaves, washed and uncut
Directions
Grill chicken with salt and pepper, and garlic powder. Cool. Chop into small chunks and combine with veggies, spices and mayo until good consistency. Check for spices. Serve inside romaine lettuce leaves.
