BBQ Chicken Chopped Salad

Ingredients
1 head Crisp lettuce1/2 bunch of cilantro leaves (chopped)1/2 can corn1/2 can black beans3-4 chopped roma tomatoes1/2 a chopped jicama1 handful Crushed Baked Jalepeno Chipschopped chicken strips (i use costcos)2 Tbsp. BBQ sauce
Directions
I make this salad to taste, and i also make enough for lunch for the weel. I find that adding the Jalepeno chips takes care of the salty fix and adds a nice kick to the salad.

I chop the lettuce and cilantro and keep them in a seperate tupperware container.

Then mix the corn, black beans, tomatoes, and jicama. Place this in a seperate tupperware container

Chop chicken and place in a 3rd tupperware container, add bbq sauce. close tupperware container and shake to coat chicken with the sauce

when ready for your salad, put lettuce on bottom- top with desired amount of corn mixture and top with chicken and garnish with chips.
