Egg, fresh, 12 largeCream Cheese, 4 oz, softenedHeavy Whipping Cream, 1/3 cupOnion powder, 1 tspGarlic powder, 1 tspSalt, 1/2 tspPepper, black, 1/2 tsp, to tasteTurkey Bacon, 6 slices, cooked and choppedOnions, raw, 1/4 cup, choppedPeppers, green, red, yellow, chopped, 1/2 cup3 baby bella mushrooms, slicedNo-Sugar Added Tomato Sauce, 1 cup, spiced to tasteMozarella Cheese, 2 cups Pepperoni, 13 slices
Combine everything but sauce, mozarella and pepperoni. Pour into greased oven safe frying pan with high sides, large pie place or similar circular pan. Cook at 375 for 40 minutes or until center of eggs are firm. Remove from oven, turn oven broiler on HIGH. Spread sauce on top of pizza quiche, add mozarella and spread pepperoni. Return to oven under broiler and cook an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is slightly browned and pepperoni are curling. DELISH!
