Carrot and raisin raw salad

Ingredients
In order of quantity:Carrots, raw, 1 small (5-1/2" long) Raisins, 1 miniature box (.5 oz) Onions, raw, 1 tbsp chopped ( i use green onions or challots becuse of it's mellow taste)Olive Oil, 1 1tsp Balsamic Vinegar, 0.25 tbsp (i like to make half and half with rice vinegar)Salt, 1 dash Pepper, black, 1 dash Garlic powder, 0.25 tsp Nutmeg, ground, 0.25 tsp
Directions
Place raisins in boiled water during preping time, to soften them.
Grate carrot, finely chop onion, drain raisins and mix together in bowl.
Add olive oil, vinegar, and seasoning and mix.
If you let your salad sit for a few hours, you'll get the flavours out even more.
Enjoy!
