grilled vegetable kabob

Ingredients
1 medium ripe tomato cut into 8 pieces or 8 cherry tomatoes1 zucchini 8 inches cut into 8 pieces1 medium onion cut into quarters8 mushrooms1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil1/2 tsp garlic salt1 tsp dill1 tsp lemon juice4 kabob sticks
Directions
Heat grill to medium heat
Mix seasonings, lemon juice and olive oil in a bowl. Cut the zucchini pieces in half add to the bowl and the other vegetables and mix.

Thread vegetable alternating them onto the kabob skewer.

Grill for 3-5 minutes each side until zucchini is slightly browned.

Serving Size: Makes 4 kabobs
