Granny's veggie beef soup

Ingredients
1 pound lean ground beef1 can hominy1 can green beans1 can diced tomatoes1 can corn1 340g back of baby carrots1 medium sweet potato1 small red potato4 stalks celery1/2 of a large onion2 heaping tsp of garlicsea salt and ground pepper to taste
Directions
brown hamburger
combine all veggies in gumbo pot not straining them
be sure to slice the potatoes to small pieces
add hamburger
add 2-3 cups of water
bring to a boil
boil for about 30 minutes or untl a fork can easily go through the potoatoes
