Quaker Multigrain Oatmeal Cereal, 1cup*Whole Wheat Flour, 0.5 cup Carrots, raw, 1 cup, grated Raisins, .25 cup (not packed) Apples, fresh, .25 cup, quartered or chopped Pancake Syrup, .25 cupCream Cheese, 1 tbsp Granulated Sugar, 2 tsp Cinnamon, ground, 3 tbsp *Pumpkin Pie spice, 2 tbsp Vanilla Extract, 2 tbsp
Sift the Oatmeal cereal with whole wheat flour together. stir into that mixture the carrots, raisins, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice and apples. in separate bowl mix egg, water, and vanilla together. combine both together...it should be kind of chunky and not really runny. cook like regular pancakes. Mix cream cheese and sugar until it is fully combined and drizzle over the top.
