Fried Garbanzo Beans

Ingredients
2 cups garbanzo beans.5 tbsp olive oil1 tsp fresh thyme1/8 tsp kosher salt1/4 tsp fresh ground pepper1 tsp garlic powder1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Directions
Rinse garbanzo beans. Heat oil and add garbanzo beans and all spices, put a lid on as they like to jump out of the pan. Cook on med to high heat for about 2 minutes and the toss beans to turn them, cook another 2 to 3 minutes then add in the balsamic vinegar, toss or stir to coat. Let cook another 2 minutes. Serve hot as a snack or top a salad.
