Cinnamon Banana Pancakes

Ingredients
Dry Ingredients:1 1/5 cups Flour1/5 teaspoon Salt2 tablespoons Baking Powder1 tablespoon Splenda1 tablespoon Ground CinnamonWet Ingredients:1 1/3 cup 2% milk1 large egg1 tablespoon Canola Oil1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract2 Bananas (pureed)
Directions
1.) Whisk all dry ingredients in a medium size bowl.

2.) Whisk all wet ingredients in a separate medium size bowl.

3.) Add dry ingredient mixture to the wet ingredient mixture. Be sure to do this slowly so that it will blend together thoroughly.

4.) Pour half cup of batter into pan over a medium heat. Flip when there are a decent amount of "holes" (from air bubbles) in the side facing up. This lets you know that it has cooked at least half way through and it is ready to flip. The other side does not take long to cook.

Serving Size: Makes about 16 medium size Pancakes
