Low Fat Turkey Stroganoff

Ingredients
2 oz Turkey Breast Meat, broiled1/2 C Mushrooms, chopped1/4 C Onions, chopped1 Tbls Yogurt, low-fat, plain1 tsp Lite Soy Sauce1/4 tsp Black Pepper1/2 Tbls Parmesan CheeseNon-Stick Cooking Spray or 3 sprays of I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spray
Directions
Boil pasta until al dente, drain and set aside.

Spray pan with cooking spray or ICBINB. Saute diced mushrooms and onion over medium heat until tender. Add turkey meat and heat through.

Remove from heat and blend in yogurt, soy sauce and pepper. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
