Ingredients
1.5 C dried green lentils - cooked4 all natural dill pickle spears - chopped1 Tbsp Olive oil2 Tbsp all natural dill pickle juice1/4 tsp sea salt
Directions
Once lentils are cooked - rinse with cold water to cool. Can be cooked and refrigerated ahead of time. Toss together remaining ingredients and allow to sit at least 10 minutes - gets better as it sits!
