Chicken Salad Pita Pocket

Ingredients
1/4 Medium Apple, diced1/4 C Celery, diced1/4 C Raw Onion, diced1/4 C Tomatoes, diced1/4 C Cucumber, peeled & diced1 Tbls Black Walnuts, minced or chopped finely**2 oz Chicken Breast Meat, broiled1/2 C Iceberg Lettuce, shredded2 Tbls Low-Fat Yogurt, plain1/4 tsp Black Pepper1/4 tsp AlsoSalt (or other no/low sodium seasoning blend)
Directions
Shred lettuce and set aside.

Finely chop onion, apple, walnuts**, cucumber, tomato and celery. Place in bowl; stir in yogurt, pepper, and seasoning salt.

Dice chicken and add to mixture.

Stuff into pita along with lettuce.

Enjoy!
